Mother & Infant Convalescent Center

New Square, New York

• A two story addition to an existing health facility, this center provides a spa-like recuperative environment for 42 new mothers and their newborns.
• One of the first facilities of its kind in the United States, its amenity and public spaces are appointed in a grand historical style reminiscent of nineteenth century Europe.
• Behind these lavish interiors is a complex infrastructure that supports two infant nurseries along with a central kitchen and laundry areas.
