Projects | Master Planning

A good master plan starts with a thorough understanding of a client’s organization. This knowledge base should not just include the condition/useful life of the physical plant, it must also answer a key question: How does this organization work?
A second important key in master planning is helping an organization reach consensus as to how its mission can be reshaped to meet future goals and challenges.
The architect/planner must be a strategic partner and advisor, having a thorough understanding of financial/reimbursement issues and labor conditions in order to balance these with the regulatory constraints and the logistics of phasing a large-scale alteration of an occupied health facility.
