Prospect Lobby/Entry

- Due to numerous renovations over the years, this facility’s main entry had drifted to the service side of the building. To restore the entry and lobby to its original street corner location, we took advantage of a void created by our relocation of an Adult Day Care Center off-site.
- An administrative suite was shifted into the former day care area creating a 75-foot deep space for the development of the new lobby. Floor materials were used to define circulation paths and the main reception desk was situated to divide circulation from a large seating area.
- This project also included the construction of a covered barrier free entrance with a ramp wrapping around a central skylight planter.
