HeartShare Diagnostic & Treatment Center
- Built simultaneously with a Day Habilitation program, this 10,000 square foot conversion of commercial space established a new Diagnostic and Treatment Center to serve HeartShare Wellness' special needs clients.
- At street level, a newly configured dedicated lobby links the second floor Day Habilitation program and the lower floor Diagnostic and Treatment Center via a new internal stair and elevator core.
- The Diagnostic and Treatment Center is centered around a large open waiting room featuring multi-level ceilings with specialty lighting. A suite of exam rooms is flanked by a Physical Therapy suite and the facility’s administrative area.
- Interior finishes include vinyl plank flooring and patterned vinyl tile flooring. Wall and door impact protection in contrasting colors was selected to provide accents within the overall color palette.
