Greenburgh Skilled Nursing Facility

• The site drove the solution.
• Parking was situated on the existing plateaus.
• Using the plateaus, a major nursing pavilion was positioned to create both a public & service side of the complex. Loading and ambulance bays are at street level off the service side for easy access.
• Staff and short term parking for families is adjacent to the ambulance bay with convenient elevator access to administrative and clinical outpatient areas on the floor directly above.
