Campus Master Plan

- Encompasses two city blocks.
- Detailed analysis of the central nursing and support buildings along with a series of zoning bulk build-out scenarios for all sites on the campus.
- Strategic planning sessions involved all major departments at all levels in order to build a consensus on where the organization wants to be in the future.
- These sessions considered marketing/demographics, changes in the regulatory environment, changes in case mix and care models, financial & labor considerations, phasing/logistics/bed attrition strategies, & construction cost escalations.
