Buena Vida Rehabilitation Suite

• The goal was to create a clinical services floor by centralizing the various rehabilitation functions located throughout the building. The centerpiece of this effort was the construction of a rooftop addition with spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.
• Our vast experience with and understanding of zoning regulations along with a cost effective structural reinforcement of the building’s roof system allowed the addition to be constructed.
• The physical therapy addition functionally engaged existing multi-use spaces that were converted to occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical/dental exam spaces.
